Do I need an architect?

For many, employing the services of an architect may be an unnecessary cost. We are able to undercut the prices an architect would charge, due to the amount of education, training and qualification they carry. 

However, we are no less capable at providing the service you require, producing designs that match your wish-list while being practical, cost-effective and most importantly: buildable. 

Architectural firms typically work to a percentage of the build costs, which can create an incentive for designing a house that exceeds the original specification and cost. In some cases this can result in a project becoming unaffordable.
